Installed winter set up, Level8 MK6 wheels and Falken WildPeaks AT3W 285/75/17 tires.
I took the white level 8 stickers off with sticker removal spray and installed custom trd stickers from these guys http://www.importequipment.com/OnlineStore/product_info.php?cPath=45_27_80&products_id=301. Really happy with the way it came out.

Went exploring in Pine Barrens, good day but wish there was snow.

Last night Young lady decided to test her speed and reflexes by coming out in front of me making a left turn. It resulted in a t-bone collision. Everyone is fine, aluminum heftyfab bumper did its job. Airbags did not deploy, I hit her at about 25-30 mph.

That's too bad, man. Just an annoyance at this point. I know it'll be back to normal in no time.

Installed HeftyFabworks front steel bumper with Superwinch Talon 12.5sr and Rigid D2 DOT fog lights.
This was the most complicated(read PITA) instal I ever did. The bumper is heavy around 225 add 70 lbs winch to it and it gets tricky.
Also I needed to relocate the solenoid for the winch and windshield washer reservoir.
Because I have the ARB compressor mounted in the back P/S I was unable to relocate the air pump therefore unable to instal expedition one windshield washer reservoir. I need to make a trip to [MENTION=125603]bandi[/MENTION] to see if we can mount the air pump under the compressor in order to be able to relocate the reservoir.

Hey man, about to get my aluminum Hefty. So i see it's required to relocate the solenoid and the windshield washer reservoir? I have the same compressor, and was about to install it in the rear P/S. Any advice to where to put things if you did it all over again? Or do you like where you have things with compressor in back P/S and solenoid in back D/S? Should I go ahead and hit up [MENTION=125603]bandi[/MENTION] and tell him to take my money?

I'm not planning to run dual batteries any time soon so the location of the expedition one windshield washer bottle is fine with me. As far as heftyfab bumper goes I spoke with Chris and he will start making the changes to accommodate integrated solenoid winches. Current location of the solenoid is ok but not ideal as I have my auxiliary fuse box under it.

Nice! So I still have to relocate my windshield washer bottle due to the bumper and just buy my own connection pieces for the expedition one kit. Got it, I'll contact [MENTION=125603]bandi[/MENTION] and let him know I need the same mount :thumb: I called last week and Chris said that mine goes into production this week or next. So we'll see if they already adjusted the bumper to allow the solenoid to stay in place. Yeah and I'm not planning on running dual batteries anytime either (but thats what i said about going with the no added weight coils for my OME setup and now having to preplace those :rofl.
I wish I would have seen your entire build thread sooner or I would have hit you up on that pretty CBI rear you got rid of. :toilet:
