Honda Civic Forum?

Guys,
My wife is looking to buy a (gasp!) Honda Civic--she thinks the 4Runner is too big for her...hey, fine with me! That means it will be around more for me! But I have gotten so much out of this forum and wondering if any of you have a reference for what you would consider to be the best civic forum so I could study up a bit for her? Thanks!

FYI, most Honda forums you'll find probably won't be as civil as members here. Usually any owner who participates in a forum is an enthusiast of some sorts. The big difference is the age group different forums caters to. The majority of Honda forums are performance (speed) oriented as that's what most younger male drivers are after, lowered, exhaust and intake and some even with cheeseball mods like 10ft of vinyl stickers and altezza lights.

Try Googling for 'honda tech' or 'temple of vtec' from what I can remember with friends who has/had Hondas.

On the other hand, have you considered a Corolla? If the next generation Corolla looks anything like the European one, I might just have to get one for a daily commuter.

Thanks! You are the best, as always. If you run across any more sites that you are impressed with, let me know. And thanks for the warnings about the age difference of forum posters on each respective forum and what it means in terms of content and tone of forum. I was hoping to find another forum with the quality of this one, but maybe that won't happen with a younger car like the civic--and unfortunately we are old! We are thinking of buying the new 2007 Civic...looked at the new Corolla a year ago and even then (as Edmund says) it seemed old and outdated. Don't know if I can wait until the next gen Corolla comes out...the old Mazda is dying!

Have fun over there, lots of morons, but there are some that are very knowledgeable that you can ask about stock cars. Most of those guys mod the crap out of those things, engine swaps, turbo kits, ect.
