It's been well over a year since I installed this 2 Piece 12 Volt Electric Horn Set and they still work fine,and they're back on sale for $9.99.

Just to resurrect this subject, while picking the calipers from a 2005 tundra for a future TBU, I also picked the 2 horns from the tundra to replace my 2000 wussy horns. they are plug & play but the Tundra horns are 12v 4.5amp and the T4R are 12v 3.0amp. the tundra horns don't work once installed. Is the amperage a concern here? Maybe I just had bad luck with these two and they are fried?
Toyota 4Runner 2010 horn
I recently took a trip out west from Floriduh- I drove I20 through the storm Remus - icy roads, very dangerous driving. While driving next to a big rig passing in the left lane I found myself in his blind spot. My 4Runner is silver and with the conditions he did not see me and began to move into my lane. My wife could have reached out and touched the cab of the truck he was so close. Instinctively I got over as far as I could to the left side into the snow and ice as I hit my horn...meep meep. I'm not sure how we are still alive but I never want to find myself in a situation where I need to use this piece of crap horn again. I want something loud and easy to install. I've read the posts here and I'm not sure which horn to get out of the horns mentioned. I'm no mechanic so it has to be easy to install - I can do minor stuff like this. Can someone suggest which horn I should get? Please, consider what I've said if your horn goes meep, it may save your life by switching horns. Thanks

Even though I painted them chevy orange, they seem subtle in pictures...

Edit: To the poster above they are very easy to install. Bought these: http://www.ebay.com/itm/151576915677?_trksid=p2059210.m2749.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT Used stock 12mm mounting hardware from old horns. I did not use a relay and did not have to cut the original connectors as they are merely the same spade connectors sheathed in a plastic clip which fit the aftermarket horns' pin. The stock connector just pushes onto the top pin of each aftermarket horn. Then you need some 16ga wire, two spade connectors, and a way to connect them to ground. There is a 10mm bolt under the hood latch I used as a grounding point after sanding the area to bare metal with rough grit. Then simply connected the ground wires spades to the bottom pins on each horn and viola! BEEP BEEP!

Almost two years later and my horns are still LOUD! Well worth the $30!
