horrible numbers after alignment, after lift and VCS light

I'm an industrial electrician, my world generally demands perfection. Drives me crazy when things don't work how they're supposed to.

Did I miss something? What about the alignment? I know you wanted the lights off, but the alignment is more important. Especially if someone's got to do it all over again and then sets those lights of again.

FWIW, my shop does those alignments all day long, lifted or not, and we've NEVER had to do the zero point cal.

Probably related to leveling (raising front more than rear) which would change the angles the computer sees and normal driving conditions.

for the time being, I'm happy to have the camber in spec and the traction control functional. I won't be doing UCA's until the spring when I put bigger tires on, so I can deal with the castor being out for now rather than laying down another $140 for a second alignment, especially since I'm not having any rubbing issues right now.

When you put a lift on greater than 2" the stock UCA's will at best get you at the minimum required caster specs which is around 2*. The only ways to achieve factory caster specs is to purchase an aftermarket UCA such as Light Racing, Total Chaos, Icon, etc that have enough misalignment in the ball joint to allow the factory specs of 3.2*.

I agree. I've been needing those for two years. Time to start modding again.
