How many and what color 5th gens have you seen on the road?

I live north of Seattle and I have only ever seen one up here. Its a black SR5 and it lives a block from me. Ive seen a few down around Seattle but I have yet to see a shoreline blue (or another TE for that matter) so that means I have not seen Mike yet lol
 
I have only spotted 1 Gray SR5, 2 Black and 2 Blizzard Limiteds since they came out. I cant stop staring at the Blizzard Pearl (its in my neighborhood.) They get nicer everytime I see it, I am really starting to like them......still love my 08 V8 thought:thumb3:
 
Saw my first '10 LTD on the road in my neighborhood today. It was black and filthy dirty! My first impression - I wasn't very impressed, I guess it was the way the dirt showed on the black! :wtf:

What are you driving now? The more I look at the 5th gen the more I like it. Driving one is even better. I say this after being on a trip for over a week and not driving mine, nor seeing one on the road. When I got back in town, it felt good to see my baby in the airport parking lot and drive her home!
 
Spotted Austin TX

I was behind this Blizzard Pearl Ltd this thursday coming out of a shopping center on William Cannon. I think we both ate at the Cypress Grill for lunch?

Currently I drive a silver '09 RAV4 - dirt doesn't show up too easily. :biggrin2:

Now with regard to my statement above, the LTD I saw was FILTHY and it didn't do the vehicle justice. Take a look at pix of BrianLSU's black LTD, had the vehicle I saw looked like his (there are pix of other black T4R's that look great too :bravo:) I would've typed something different! :keyboard:

I've seen at least two (a silver and a white) '10 SR5s being used as police vehicles in Honolulu. There's a thread in the gallery section with photos of "police-edition*" 4th Gen 4Runners in Honolulu.

* the Honolulu Police Department supplements its marked Crown Victoria fleet with officers' personal vehicles, which, in turn, are partially subsidized by the department. The vehicles have to meet certain criteria (i.e. you won't see a Corolla with a blue light on it).

The 3rd & 4th Gen 4Runner is a very popular choice as a subsidized police vehicle, and I'm sure the 5th Gen will be too.
 
Columbia, SC - Other than mine, I haven't seen any. I see tons of older generations though. The 3 dealers in the area don't have much stock.
 
Driving through DC, saw one 2010 Blizzard Pearl SR5. On the way back through DC - just south on I-95 - saw one Silver SR5. My wife and I tailed it until it took an exit and we both said "Damn" at the same time. Ha-ha.

Hopefully ours arrives at the dealer today! Woo Woo.

Yesterday in Evergreen, CO (just outside of the Denver metro area)

While having Mother's Day brunch at a restaurant I saw... 2 mag. gray Limited's, a Salsa Red and a black SR5 drive by on Bear Creek Road (aka Main Street). Not to mention the other 2010s we saw while driving up.

Denver-ites... last Friday Edmunds Inventory showed that Go Arapahoe had 33 4Runners on their lot and Mtn. States had 18. That's a big change from being lucky to see one or two on dealer lots this year.

Finally saw another 4Runner that wasn't white. It was a black one. That now brings it to:

2 white SR5
1 white Limited
1 black SR5

still pretty rare around here in SoCal
 
I've been consistently seeing a Black SR5 going North on I 79 every morning and then I see it in the evenings going south while I'm going North. It's a woman driving with dark hair. I'm always in my Jetta during my commute so there's no way she would see me anyway.

Also got my first look from a 5th gen the other day. White Blizzard Pearl (I think it was an SR5). He was across from me making a right turn on red. I was stuck at the light so I couldn't get behind it. He took a long look over at me and my wife noticed as well.

BTW, I drive by my dealer every day and I NEVER see a 5th Gen on the lot. I think they sell them as soon as they come in or fulfilling orders. I did see a Land Cruiser on the lot and stopped by to see it. Sticker was a whopping $75k and the interior looked a lot like mine. I think Toyo made a mistake by offering the Land Cruiser at such a high price (just my opinion).
 
Was out wheeling today at cleghorn and saw this stock 5th gen. Wonder if it is anyone on the forums.

This last week I have seen a lot of new 4runners on the road. I saw four in one day. Nearly all have been Blizzard Pearl. I did see my first Trail yesterday. It was silver.
