I'm a fairly clueless first-time-4wd owner with a recently purchased 2013 Limited, and this was even painful for ME to watch. (Granted, I've read the manual front-to-back several times already.)

Having said that, if he gets a lifetime warranty out of the video, I'm breaking out my video camera and bad accent. Lol

"Certified"?.......by who? isis? An old saying comes to mind...."Can't fix stupid". Some of the drivetrain diagrams at the end have General Motors listed at the bottom. I'm sure they wouldn't want to be associated with this stupidity either. I reported this video as Fraud on YouTube.
Now here is too much friction AND gravity. Can I have a lifetime warranty?
