Negotiated Price = $42,426 ($3,992 or 8.6% off of MSRP)

Thoughts on the deal? KBB Fair Market is $41,553 - $44,890 and Edmunds is at $44,569.

It took me a while to find, and I was hunting for MSRP, so I count myself pretty lucky! I have to drive 9h to pick it up though, but I'll just consider that to be a break-in!

Haven't bought it yet but I'm looking at 2 4runners MGM OFP with KDSS. One MSRP is $47k and the other is $45K. After talks it looks like they want to stay around $42,500. Not sure if that's good enough or if I should push a bit more. I have a third dealership offering $41,300 too but haven't gotten details on that yet.

Good price, many dealers are holding out for 5-10k over and around here they sell in less than a week

48 is steep, dealer is scamming you. You can find a 20 pro for that price

I would build the rig on toyota web site to find out the true sticker price. Add destination, subtract what others are driving home with of xxx under invoice, not even close to msrp.

This site and the Tundra forum have really helped me.

Local dealer wouldn’t budge more than $400.

I used TruCar in a couple zip codes asking dealers prices. I was initially going to follow the other advice of telling dealers what I could get at dealer X and see what kind of bidding war would follow. I know from reading 8-11% off MSRP was a good number to shoot for.

I bought out of state, so I don’t have to pay the sales tax. And I’ll license it myself for $150 back in my home state.

Stevinson Toyota in Colorado is great. Easy process, no BS pricing or games. This is the best price I could find in the Western USA. I’ll be buying a 2020 Tundra later this month from them for 15% off MSRP.

MSRP built on Toyota site is $47,217. Given what I’ve read on here a discount of about $4700 would be decent right? Then after dealer fees and taxes (around $4200) we’re at $46,717 OTD. Still seems pretty high. Dealer fees are $1500. Wonder what that consists of??
