How much are people paying for the NEW 4Runner?

If you are going to another state to pick it up make sure you ask for a “VIN Verification” letter ahead of time.
Be sure they dont double charge you the deposit when you pick up the truck.

Thanks - hadn’t thought of that but it’s something I would’ve been willing to do. I ended up going with a new order at invoice pricing or just below from Szott in Waterford, MI. The wait begins. Don’t have official numbers yet but will post when I do.
 
Question about TRD Pro price

I’ve been shopping for a 2021 TRD Pro in Ohio now for a few months. This would be my first Toyota of any kind. My plan from the beginning has been to place an order so I get exactly what I want. Magnetic Grey bone stock except for the $65 front dual USB ports that replace the 120v cigarette lighter. I have a dealer who is offering me $980 below MSRP. Nobody around here is willing to deal and I know from reading around that this is common. Should I take this deal and be happy to be below MSRP? It’s approx a 100 day wait after the order is placed before I’d be in the seat.

Did they say who they New Internet Manager is?
I would be surprised if the internet deals that they were giving went away with Roy leaving. They told me a lot of their business was from NY, NJ and surrounding areas.

The dealers as such asshats around here (NJ NY) I cannot image them giving up this market since it's easy pickings

Started to take interest in a 4Runner again this year as life priorities change - found this thread after some research online and it was VERY helpful, so thank you.

Located in SE Michigan, wasn't settling for less than 9% off MRSP this month based on what others have said online. It was pretty difficult to find exactly what I wanted but I wasn't in a rush - was searching for a SR5 Premium 4x4 or TRD Off Road Premium in certain colors.

Long story short - visited a few dealers, got the run around (though some were decent prices to begin with 6-7% off MRSP) and eventually looked across the state, found one 2 hours away and purchased it within 3 days.

'21 TRD Off Road Premium with TRD skid plate, trail running boards, moonroof, cargo cover.

I paid 38k (not including taxes) for my 2020 TRD Offroad Premium. Had 4 miles when i picked it up. Purchased in Chicago right as soon as the pandemic hit. I believe covid was the reason i got a killer deal

My '21 Lunar Rock was due March 30th - April 5th (now late) but we've agreed to MSRP +TTL. (MSRP here in California is $51,750)
 
just picked up last week. blk trd pro. paid full sticker plus $899 of dealer add ons. (tint, wheel locks, nitro air, and film underneath the door handles. thats the bad news... good news.. i got a fair price for my M3 at carmax. 5k more then what toyota offered me and 2800 more then carvana.

A little off topic

So I'm new in this forum. I can't start a thread. So this was as close to my question as I could get. Is offering $20,000 when the asking price is $23,000 (kbb value is $20,000-23,000.) reasonable? It's a 2011 SR5 4wd with 68,000 miles on it. Car fax say owners but the second owner was reported at 10 miles according to carfax report. Been in FL. Looking for advice. Thanks in advance.
 
Seems like Price are going up for sure,

I personally emailed all the Toyota Dealerships within a 1 1/2 Hour Drive of me.

Then I just let them bid it out when I bought mine.
