How much work to replace stock bumpers

I am curious about something.

For those of you who have replaced your stock bumpers with Shrockworks bumpers - typically how many hrs worth of work is it for somebody, who knows what they are doing, to replace both the front and the rear bumpers?

In my case it is a 2015 SR5.

I have down two of their rear bumpers. And several 5th gen fronts. I would give the rear a solid 3 hours due to the cutting. The front depends on you lighting and winch situation. If it's just the bumper install, no lights or turn signals 2 - 2.5 hours. Adding a winch and lights to the mix can double the time if installed correctly.
