I have a 2004 sport with astro start remote start. When I try to use the starter the lights flash and the radio and heater come on, but it does not start. The security light on the dash is now flashing and this did not happen before (have had the 4runner for about 3 years and it came with the starter). I'm thinking I need to disable or bypass the alarm, but not sure how?
