How to Engage H2 to H4, H4 to L4 and L4 to H2

I have a 2007 4Runner (SR5 V6) and I am confused as to how should the 4x4 be engaged.

Apologies if this is a newbie question!
How to Engage H2 to H4, H4 to L4 and L4 to H2?
