How to fit a trx 250 in a 2nd gen!

So I got a quad today and it doesnt fit inside my runner completly. So I measured a few things and cut some things i had layin in the yard and wala! hope you like.

P.s.the front wheels will rest on the steel bar.

And no i dont keep the tool box in there. Im bringing it to work tomorrow

remove wheels and handle bars and it will fit

I would just have taken the wheel's off the quad, but do you have picture's of it installed?

I will post pics tomorrow after work. btw im way to lazy to take it apart to get to the desert then ride all weekend and have to take it apart again.....lol to much wrench turning for this mechanic, on his days off.

you can get the setup for 50 bucks just 4 feet long. i cut a foot off of it so the wheels will rest on the metal bar.

Thats pretty dang slick! Gotta say though if those rear springs weren't sagging before they sure are now!. Might need some spring spacers or even some ride-rite spring bags? Then again you could probably do wheelies and that cool in it's self.

the rear end is so low befor the quad. i didnt even notice if it was any lower. It didnt bottom out anywhere and i did some good offroading befor unloading:banana:

Throw on some coil spacer's in the rear and be done with the sag.
