how to replace AC switch button

Good day everybody!

I just got a new AC button for my '99 T4R SR5 V6 and ready to install it. Has anybody seen step-by-step instructions on how to replace an AC button? I know I saw one somewhere on the net, but can't find it now.

Or maybe you can tell me how to proceed with this replacement?

Does it not just slide right out of the dash? Should just pull out.

I use a small screwdriver with a very thin edge to gently get under the lip on the switch and lift it away from the climate control panel.

Very simple indeed! Just pulled it out with needle-nose pliers, and plugged the new one in. Thank you all for your help!!!
