Hub Rust

Any ideas how to best stop/prevent this. Painted the hubs with high temp paint when putting new wheels on. Any alternative ways to cover hub area without using the wheel caps? I don't really care for the hubs that come with the wheels. Excuse the finger.

ATX Mojaves? They are getting sloppy with their painting.

If I were worried about that, I'd remove the wheel and paint the area the rotor and wheel meet. You'll probably have to do it every time you remove the wheels. Your lug nuts are going to start rusting after you remove/reinstall them a few times, too. I have the same ones and love them, other than the paint doesn't last very long.

One other thing, if those are Mojaves, they have a 108mm bore, and the 4runner has a 106mm hub. You can get hub centering ring spacers (Gorilla makes some, available on Amazon), which will make them hub centric, and avoid balance problems if the lug nuts are tightened with the wheels on the ground.
