One question I have for anyone with an understanding... I know there are a lot of opinions regarding the diff drop if you are doing a 3" lift, but I took a pic, and if you have any thoughts about whether my axles are to hard of an angle, I would appreciate your thoughts
If you haven't done anything yet, which I would assume you have since this was from awhile ago, but I think you are fine. The tire rotates fine even at full droop, let alone at ride height. The biggest issue I have found is if the "fins", or the folds I guess, of the CV boot are contacting they will rub through each other. Additionally, your tire will not be at full droop for more than a few feet at a time so I don't think that is something to worry about. Yes, the differential drop will do something, is it noticeable? I doubt it. You are rotating the differential, so the actual decrease in the CV is about a half inch which doesn't decrease your angle enough to do anything in my opinion.
Also, anyone have ideas for tires that will be both on and off road functional? I have thought long about BFG All Terrains (which I put on my cargo van), but I'm wondering about their ability in the mud (which will be a major issue in Belize). Any thoughts??
You could look at Duratracs, a lot of people run them and they are a very aggressive all terrain/almost mud terrain. They are the highest overall rated tires by a lot of reviews.

Is it possible to isolate the wiring from the Fog Switch to use only the switch for auxiliary lighting (i.e. an LED light bar)??
The company I bought the light bar from supplied me with a complete harness (switch, relay, fuse, connectors, and plenty of wire), and I would like to just disconnect the switch from the harness and attach the wiring to the stock fog switch to avoid alot of wiring mods.
Does anyone have any thoughts or suggestions? I have the column apart and have located the stalk connector, but am having difficulty locating a wire diagram that is accurate or any info on how to isolate the wiring for the fog light switch.

I don't know of a fog light switch, assuming you are talking about one built in (stock). Regardless, you should be able to unplug it and tie your LED harness into it. Assuming you have a harness like I have gotten, then take the switch that comes with the harness and cut it off. You should have a red/white/black wires. Red/Black are used to power the switch LED and the white wire (as I recall) powers the LED bar when it is in contact with power (red). So all you should have to do is tie the red wire into one side of the fog switch and white into the other side, so when it is flipped power is allowed to pass from red to white. You should probably test that that works before hand by just touching white/red together and seeing what combination turns the LED bar on.
That should be easy enough, and you should be able to tie it in fine with the fog lights tied into the switch still or wire the fog lights into some other switch/power source so they turn on independent of the LED bar. Wasn't quite sure what you were asking exactly so hopefully that is close enough...
