-blue wire mod. Did mine a couple months ago and need to get around to doing a writeup up on my thread.
-blacking out chrome
-body mount chop
-add an auxiliary fuse panel
-tinting taillights
-stick-on convex mirrors
-built a carrier for my mountain bike. Again, still need to get around to doing a writeup on it

One cheap and effective mod I've done is the H9>H11 and 9005>9011 bulb conversions to the low and high beams, respectively. ~50 bucks total for all four bulbs and some time trimming the bulb bases.
If you want brighter high beams, the 9011 conversion is a no brainer because it won't interfere with on-coming traffic anymore than before since well you shouldn't be using your high beams with on-coming traffic ever
The low beam conversion is a more debatable topic, but IMO the glare is reasonable as long as you make sure the headlights are aimed properly. I don't know how to explain this but basically with the H9s it's not really all that blinding even if you aim them a bit too high (and right into other driver's eyes), but the H11s are another story and require more attention when aiming.
I purposely did not mention the H11 conversion in the fog light housing because this is where it get's a bit hairy. The fog lights have no built-in glare shield in front of the bulb like in the low beams, so a bit of excess glare definitely escapes since the tips of the H11 are not dipped black. Do this conversion if you wish, but I cannot say that I recommend it.
