I give up, how to remove duel power outlets (99 limited)?

How do you remove the power outlets on the center dash? I've twisted, pushed, pulled and they are not giving. :uzi:

So I've tried, I've searched, but before I break something I'll ask. I removed the cigarette outlet with no problem by twisting it and pushing it out the front.

I have done this, but can't remember the specifics. Getting old stinks.

You have to start from the back, there are tabs that hold in the frame to the outlet. You will need a jewler's flat head screwdriver to pry them up while pulling the socket out. Then you should be able to see how the outlet frame fits into the dash.

I see the tabs but I cant get the inner metal part in a position where I can push them in to release it.
