Do i get it right that the rubbing is only on the mudflaps? Wouldnt there be rubbing if you went over say a speed bump or something and the suspension got compressed or does the lift prevent the suspension from compressing beyond a certain point? Thanks, Joe P. Oh and how much did you pay for the tires... Im STILL in the market... and 8.50 an hour at target isnt quite cutting it... haha...

Awesome looking rig man, mine is same color sport, so gives me a good idea what mine can look like. Can you do me a favor, measure from the side ground and see how high the roof rack is in inches? I am wondering if I did this same setup if it would fit in my garage? so this would be a big help. Thanks.

josh - thats a bad ass truck- ive been sitting with my cornfed lift in the box for a while now. haven't had the time for the install. your pictures motivated me to start this weekend. one question i have, i didn't read the insructions yet, but is the thicker spacer used for the front or rear, i was a little confused. agiain, great looking ride...

Have you had the frontend aligned yet? Just wondering if the 285's clear the A-arms with the frontend back in spec?

First, the truck looks great and I'll be doing the lift soon myself. Thanks for the looks and info.

My understanding is that the Cornfed lift is 3" front and 2" rear yet you seem to have retained your rake even in a slanted driveway. Makes me go hmm.

You're running the exact tires I will go to also so keep posting about any rubs. Together we might all come up with answers to solve all the little things.

Yeah I am curious about the control arm too... I had a local "American Tire Co." test fit 285's on my rig after I put on a revtek lift and when we turned the wheel all the way to the right the tread would be in full contact with the upper control arm. The tech said it wouldn't work because if it were already touching when just sitting in the bay imagine when you were turning into a parking slot or even accelerating out of a parking lot and its at full compression in one corner it could possibly lead to some type of blow out. But if it works for you, than dang I want some 285's too! Just let us know how it pans out as you put more miles on em'.
