I need help diagnosing a feeling in the steering wheel... 2018 TrdPro

I had the Toytech spacer lift and SPC UCA installed roughly 600 miles ago. Lately I have been getting a thump in my steering wheel.

Feels like something is loose in the suspension. Like a sway bar rattling. BUT I can only feel it.

Everything is tight, truck tracks straight, no audible rattles over bumps. I’ve jacked up the front end and tried to shake the wheel left/right, up/down to check the balljoint. Everything felt tight. It is a intermittent issue.

I check/retorqued all bolts. Checked that the ballpoints were greased.

On a side note, I traced down a squeak to the hood latch. And it appeared the rubber stoppers were set all the way down. I adjusted them up Alf a turn and oiled the latch then went for a test drive. I didn’t notice anything. I didn’t feel the “loose” feeling.

Could it really be the hood rattling in latch????

Update, some people told me to check the sway bar and it sometimes contacts the shock/spring/rad support.

I took some photos. It seems to be pretty far from the radiator support but less than 1/2” from the shock.

i got a 15' BroPro , i got the same steering clunk feel over light bumps, potholes, though it was steering rack, tighten and re-torque still clunk, funny thing is when i go hard on the suspension past week in anza no clunk.. buddy just picked up a 18' pro gotta find a road to recreate clunk and do it with both, see my findings.

I took the skid of tonight and looked at the rad support brackets. Check out the rub mark on the driver side bracket! It must be almost riding in that thing

I made some square rubber washers to sandwich in between the rad support and the body in hopes to dampen the noise and feeling.

I’ll be ordering a sway bar relocation kit.

I kind of think there might be a market for custom designed brackets that allow clearance for the swaybar and still let you use the Pro skid plate??? CBI, RCI, SSOR, C4????
