i need help! IM NEW TO THiS

Alright, I'm thinking of buying a 4runner. I really like the 3rd generations. i like the hood scoops on the sports editions and i want it lifted. no more than 3 inches. can anyone help me on this stuff. im new to it and not sure what to buy. Thanks!
