Just my experience. I can provide screenshots of the IM’s including dates, times, phone numbers & e-mail addy’s that were incorrect & returned undeliverable. Just saying……But when the owner calls you directly to apologize for what his employee did & failed to do….There’s an underlying issue there……..Take it for what it’s worth; he’s pulling stunts on other forums, FaceBook Group Pages, etc…..

I had a similar issue with Chas myslef. I know he was very busy with the group buy...BUT when you promise someone something you need to follow through. Chas did not. I ended up dealing with Rich as well. After promising to call me or even respond to emails I still haven't heard from the guy. In the future if I ever need anything for my rig, I won't hesitate to deal with TAP, but I will NOT deal with Chas.

It’s like I told Mike: “You can conduct a 100 sales/$100K a day, but if you have one unsatisfied customer; then you have failed as a business.”

But I received my Stage 4 6 weeks after I ordered it and it was installed today. Couldn’t be happier with the results. Not sure what the ground to fender height was prior; but it measured out at 39-7/8” front & 40-1/8” rear with a full tank. We’ll see what it settles out at in a few days, along with the new BFG TA/KO2 285’s.
