what is the "constant 12volt mod" (i.e. I understand what it is, but how do you achieve it?)?

Im mobile at the moment. But the 12volt mod is achived by removing the power outlet relay in the fuse box under the hood. You replace a relay with a small 12volt jumper wire. Making the power outlets constantly on.
