Ignition switch/relay failure?

I just bought my 94' 4runner about 3 weeks ago and everything was working fine. Until yesterday. I was pulling into my driveway and after turning the car off I noticed the windows wouldn't roll up. I ignored it at the time and came back an hr or 2 later to find that the whole car had pretty much stopped working. The headlights, dome light, and door lights turn on, and the buzzer sounds when the key is put in or if you leave the lights on, but once the key is turned to acc or start everythings silent. No radio, instrument lights, no clicking of the starter at all. My thinking is that the battery (which is fairly new) is working fine since the headlights etc work. The wires coming to and from the battery and starter are clean and look good too. So something in the actual ignition tumbler isn't recognizing that power should be sent to the rest of the systems. Any ideas???

You might get your voltmeter out if you have one, go through and check the basics around the truck:
-power at ignition (switched and not) switch
-battery
If the EFI relay fails , you will usually be able to crank but no start.
