Couldn't wait...
Since 5100's won't be shipped to late Feb, I decided to bite the bullet and go with the Bilstein 6112's (47-259768), which are in stock and ready to ship, directly from Bilstein. Found a great deal on raceconsultingagency.com for $560 + $25 Drop Shipment Fee (since it's being shipped directly from Bilstein).
If you're impatient, like me, this may be a viable option

Yeah ... saw that, but AutoAnything (and a lot of other sites) also said "in stock", but turned out all where waiting on Bilstein to drop ship...and still are. I called many of them and asked "Do you physically have these in your warehouse and ready to ship?" -- Answer No.
Hope this isn't the case with your order. I went a different route, but please update here if you get a tracking#/shipment conformation soon.
