Install instructions to swap out fogs for HID Kit?

Can anyone point me to a decent set of instructions for installing an HID kit to replace the fogs on my 2005 4Runner?

The install instructions that came with the kit - XenonDepot Volt HID Kit are vague at best and are practically useless as far as this noob is concerned.

I know this isn't for the XD kit, but I used this to install the DDM fogs on my 2005 Limited, should be very similar if not the same!
