Of course not, but it seems there are too many people that have the "once bitten twice shy" mentality. Not everyone is trying to scam people. Believe what you want, but most of what you believe goes hand in hand with common sense. From what little I know and have researched into using HHO gas, it all says, "yes, it will produce results". Rather than saying something "won't work" or being a skeptic then give the "Nay Say" attitude a rest and PROVE that it won't work. If it involves money then just be smart about it and build it yourself rather than paying hundreds of dollars. Build a cheap model and if it works then you're not out much if/any money because, from the "water4gas" manual, you can build a REALLY cheap HHO kit.
Here, go here and download the "water4gas" manual and build the cheap, cheap HHO electrolyzer and try it for yourselves. If it works then ya'll can either build a nicer one or buy a nicer one from a well established seller of HHO units. At least, this is my plan and I believe it will work. If it doesnt' then it's probably something that I, myself, did wrong and I'll get further advice. I know people that are pretty good mechanics and engineers where I can get advice and help if I need it.
One last thing. There is another product out called a "PICC(Pre-Ignition Catalytic Converter) that sounds good too be true. Just google PICC. Out of the research that I've done, it sounds like a hoax, but the HHO stuff I feel is legit and I'll eventually prove it.
