Instrument Cluster - Center cluster out

What would cause all the lights to burn out? Are they LEDs or bulbs? I would assume that there should be many led/bulbs on the PCB and maybe one, but not all go bad?

Check the dimmer switch next to the cluster and turn it up?
Yep tried that, it works on left/right clusters....not center

Led is burnt out, ask yosh2000 to do led color conversion of your choice.

for ease of reference and ordering, here is the required amount of LEDs for each aspect of the cluster:
- Background = 11
- Needles = 7
- Turn Signals = 2 per side
- Additional indicators (ie CEL, Batt, Cruise etc..) = 1 per light
Obviously id buy much more than the minimums.
Just to verify...when you say 1210 or PLCC-2, 1210 is the LED size and the PLCC-2 is the surface mount foot print?

the LEDs are known as 1210 and also as PLCC-2. just giving you info.
the rundown is not accurate for the 4runners!! those qtys are good only for the tacomas (where i came from!). the qty for the 4runners very depending on your year and model.
i am still building my reference, but it appears your 06 SR5 uses the following:
- Background and needles (same LEDs light both) = 12
- Turn Signals = 2
- Additional indicators (ie CEL, Batt, Cruise etc..) = 1 per light
