Interior LED Swap - Swapped - Fyre Flys Wins

Looking at the Fyreflys 3014 on ebay at the moment, just wondering if anyone had any better kits out there or if this is the one everyone is still going with.

I bought these and have been happy with them, I left the dome light stock though as the LED was too bright for my liking.

Anyone still having issues? I'm looking at interior lighting and want to know if the quality of the product has gotten any better.

No issues here, I installed mine 6 months ago and have had zero issues. Very happy with the quality :thumb3:

Yeah I'm having issues with the map light as well. One works and the other one works periodically. When installing the map lights, I did blow a fuse. I might switch the map lights to another set of led's? Just to test it out but it's definitely acting funny with the switch and all.

I should check my fuse. I assumed it’s okay because the left map light works great and the right one will flash on. It hasn’t bothered too much because I keep them set to off when the doors open. It was too bright with the new leds in the dome and map lights. Just the dome is the perfect amount of light

Try reseating the bulb or flipping it around

Fyre Flys 5050

I just purchased the 5050 set on Amazon instead of the 3014. I was concerned that the 3014 set might have been to harsh/bright? Has anybody had experience with both lights and can share their thoughts?

I bought the 3014 set from them. I don't think that they are too harsh or bright, but then again, I don't have another LED interior set to compare it to (other than stock). They light up the interior quite nicely. I was expecting the mirror puddle lights to be brighter, but they are a huge improvement over stock for sure.

My Fyre Flys done light went out a few months back, so I replaced it with a Mesocustoms full replacement. Hell of a lot brighter and higher quality. It replaces the entire dome light cover.

Now I'm eagerly awaiting any additional parts he comes out with. He just got his wife a 5th gen earlier this year, and it seems he's slowly rolling out new items for it. However he appears to be sold out at the moment (it goes super quick, as his products are super popular on Tacomaworld).

I'm using the 3014's as well and they are bright enough to see what I'm looking for in a black interior but not too harsh.


The only issue is one of the tailgate lights went out.
