Intermittent Rotational Noise....any ideas? Video with sound

I'm having trouble diagnosing this noise, and the mechanic "hasn't found anything that could be causing it." It is only present around 10-20mph

Both CV axles were replaced about a year ago. Brakes have been checked and visually are OK.

Braking has no effect on the noise, and it seems to be the same straight, or turning. It is not present in Reverse.

I don't really know... but if I had to guess, perhaps wheel bearings?

The video is kind of hard to tell with the camera pointing toward the body and not the road. The constant squealing sounds like a belt. I also heard a squealing that sounded like you were coming to a stop for a brief period. No noise just at idle in park?

Unfortunately it isn't just a belt, (there is also a belt noise, but not present in this video) its definitely coming from something drive line. No noise at idle or in park. Only when its rolling between 10 or 20mph.

Also, I get what you're saying about the camera pointing at the body, but the noise isn't picked up under lots of wind on the camera and this is the one that best captured the sound.

That's kind of what i'm leaning towards, it just doesn't seem to fit with "typical symptoms" of a wheel bearing. I'll have to check them out anyway
