OME 60071L, Icon 2" springs, extended brake lines, 34" tires, sway bar on.
The ride is firmer with the new shocks vs his old Icon 2" diameter. But not too bad.
Modifications needed to mount?
Awesome, thanks! My current OME shocks have almost no travel. Yes, the wheel is off the ground =/They bolt right up. Check out the "superflexy on the cheap" thread on the FJ forum.
Here are some of the shock lengths I have on my spreadsheet:
Shock-----Comp.-----Ext.-----Travel
5100--------14.91-----23.5-----8.59
Icon 2.0----14.85----24.35----9.5 (2.5 Icon might be different I think)
60071L-----15.23----26.49----11.26
MT LT-------17------28.5------11.5
Basically the 60071L has a lot of the effective droop of a MT LT kit without requiring a bump stop spacer.

These are a longer rear Nitrogen gas charged shock for improved flex and control off road.
Perfect match for ToyTec RCC2.0 coils -
Add 2" more flex per side when used with our coils. Priced per pair.
New Sport shocks offer improved valving and look!
One more question. At what compression length would you recommend the extended bumpstops? They bolt right up. Check out the "superflexy on the cheap" thread on the FJ forum.

Love the rear tire carrier! Do you still happen to have the cad files. Oh and the lock pin with the green landyard look oddly familiar to a C17 tow stow pin
