iPad mounting options?

Does that not block some of your view of the road over the hood? If not, I like that spot!

It doesn't have much of an effect for me personally! I'm pretty tall so it mostly just sits in the area of my vision that the upper dash sits in!
 
My Garmin inReach on my windshield in the earlier photo is what I use as my GPS antenna for my iPad. It's also a satellite messaging system that can get me out of a jam if I get into trouble by myself. But there are other antennas out there that can talk to your iPad via Bluetooth as well.

+1 for this. Garmin InReach connected to iPad. Provides GPS plus emergency call for help.

Expedition essentials mount. Had multiple ram ball mounts. It does cover the clock but I do t use that clock anyways. Solid and great quality.
 
Thank you for the ideas. The boss and I are getting into backroad exploring and I just ordered an iPad. Mounting it is the next challenge.
