Probably Foam...but we'll see. I'll give them a call and see if I can get some more background/opinion, but if I can still get the current sale price (currently out of stock) then it's not a huge jump monetarily. I am finding it tough to track down a ton of information on performance v reliability but Ironman does seem to have frequent enough sales that I might hold off if I'm not entirely confident in my decision.

While mine is silver..... I’m with you, it’s stupid I know but color matters. I got a Dobinsons kit but in black and red, not yellow and teal.
That said, I suppose one could powder coat the springs? Eh that’s a fair amount of money though.
Glad the suspension is working well, I was recently doing some research about this setup, looks solid.

I have definitely seen people color match their springs. If I went Dobinson I would have went with Red as well.

Is there still an additional discount code going on? Kinda looking at a backup front setup for when I have to take my current set out for maintenance. A pair of front adjustable coilovers would be pretty great to swap in so I don't have to rush the rebuild, or put my OEM stuff back in. The reality is I'm kinda tired of rebuilding my fox setup and I need to cut the time I have to spend messing with my 4R.

Why? Then you'd have to find a place to paint them lime green.
That’s one reason why I want to use different springs. But the main is because I only want a 1” rear lift. I’ve been seeing people are getting 2-3” rear lift with their kits.

I received the following response from Ironman, confirming my suspicion:
"Thank you for sending in the images of your coils. Not to worry, those are not defects. Coils are hung on large racks during the powder coating process. Once they are powder coated there are slight shadow marks left from the hangers. These marks are touched up with the same paint to complete the seal on the coils ensuring a long-lasting finish. Hope this helps!"

Been following this thread for a while. Just took advantage of their summer sale and bought the stage 2 FCP. Should I consider an front diff drop kit with this lift as well? Also have you had any issues with the sway bar coming into contact with the front crossmembers after the relocation?
