Is it really Salsa Red?

So when referring to our "red" 4runners I know we all seem to be using the color term "salsa red". Well I noticed in the marketing literature that I brought back from the Toyota dealership when I bought my TE that they referred to it as simply pearl "red". Then I was looking at a neighbor's new red Corolla that she referred to as Salsa red and I swear that my TE red is a bit different shade then hers but I did not drive up and park next to it to make a serious comparison. I'm wondering if the proof would be in the actual paint codes. Anyone else notice this as well? I might just have too much time on my hands to be worrying about this.

I could be mistaken but I don't seem to remember the "Pearl" in Salsa Red Pearl on the 2010 website.

I'm thinking that mayber there really is a difference between the 2010 and 2011 "red". I just think that my red is a different shade then that salsa red corolla but again you'd have to compare the paint codes. The perception that I have is that mine seems a bit darker, not as bright as the other. Actually, I like this color just fine.
