Is there a way to see all your own posts and threads?

I belong to another forum that uses a platform similar to TR4.org. on that site you have the ability to see all of your posts and threads under a drop down in the main header bar called tools it also combines the user CP and search functions..makes it a lot easier to find your old posts..

Is there anything like that on this site?

Your own posts

If you click on the right where it says Welcome, insert name here
you should be able to see under one of the headers like quotes or mentions everything that you have posted.
