Issue with pages not styling - Fixed!

Sorry for the silence on this. Some of you were getting pages with no styling. A security rule left over from the old forum software was blocking the stylesheet for some visitors. We fixed it on 27 September. If a page still looks broken, reload it once. If that doesn't fix it, reply here with your country and browser.

If refresh doesn't work you can use F5 or Ctrl F5.

I wonder why my formatting issues (and several others) were corrected days ago if the fix was implemented yesterday. No complaints...the timing just seems a bit off.
