It's July.. is BajaRack shipping replacement feet yet?

I got this on June 6 and nothing since:
"Dear Customer,
Thank you for contacting BajaRack regarding the recall of the mounting brackets for our 5th Generation 4Runner roof racks.
We have received your information and will reply with an expected ship date for the replacement brackets, or for additional information if needed."

I appreciate the suggestion, but honestly, they need to do a better job of reaching out to their customer base rather than requiring us, the consumer, to bug THEM for results. If the company I work for waited around for customers to reach out to us for follow ups, we'd be out of business PDQ.

Mine arrived on Friday and I installed them yesterday... definitely a better design.
I do have dents left by the old feet which are worse at the rear of the vehicle. I never had a RTT up there but carry a cargo box for skis and camping gear, occasionally Rotopax with gas and water, and my canoe. I've never had 300 lbs of weight on the rack.
As it is I'm not happy about this product damaging my truck but I'm sure glad I didn't put anything heavier up there because I'd be really pissed if the dents were any worse.
In pulling the rack off I also noticed a fair amount of rust where the powder coat has flaked off so I sanded, primed and hit with matte black spray paint. Not real pleased that I have to do this after 1.5 years of ownership.

I am in a similar boat. I took a look for any damage after only ever putting a single gas can (30lbs) on it since I've owned it and noticed the same amount of damage to the roof as you're seeing. It's like the weight of the rack itself was enough to cause damage or something.
Has anyone pursued the idea of suing Baja Rack for the cost of repairing the damages? We might have a class action lawsuit in the making if enough people are affected.

Mine should get here tomorrow hopefully and I will let you guys know how it turns out. I have not noticed any dents from the old supports on mine but I haven't had anything but myself up there really. I was curious however if anyone else noticed any dents that were present when taking off the stock rails. I noticed two dents that were concealed under the boot of one of the front supports. I didn't really think anything about it at the time but I know they weren't caused by the Baja rack.
