Where are you guys finding Rims on Tandem's site??

I returned the rims due to manufacturing defects found in 3 of the wheels, 1 of which caused a blowout while I was doing 75 mph on a 2 lane hwy in Wyoming. Several other customers reported similar air leaks. I haven't kept up to see what the latest is...I think they are waiting on the mfr to redo the rims.

4Runner going up for sale

At some point in 2019, I will be posting this 4Runner up for sale. Currently at 193,000 miles.

I plan to replace it w/ a 2020 Tacoma TRD Pro.

Aug 18, 2019 Update: sadly, I have departed with my dependable adventure rig. Sooo many memories. It was a fun project. It went anywhere. I hope the new owner enjoys it as much as me and my family did.

My next rig is likely to be a TRD Pro Tacoma, so I will not be as active here on T4R.org.

Sorry to see your runner go!! I spend more time over on TW as well even though I have a t4r. Maybe you should check out TTC unless youre already familiar with it! Hope to see you around a CnC or random run.

P.S. was the Ozark trail organized here on t4r? I'd be really interested in going out there!

What is TTC?

Not sure about the Ozark trail organization. I've only done the Ozark NF trails a couple times. So much to explore up there.

also love seeing that your wife enjoyed the rig as well. took a little convincing to get my wife to drive the 4runner off road.

Its for Texas Toyota Coalition, don't actually need to buy a membership but were a group of guys that meet up once a month at Cars n Coffee at COTA.
