Im not 100%. It's advertised at 13inches, so around there. It works great but I'm going to do some shock tuning in the near future.
A little update..
I was having an issue with the clutch disc. I couldn't remember how it came out. It took a while but I finally got that figured out only to run into another problem....the transmission wouldn't shift. These 2 things stalled me for quite awhile :frusty::frusty:
Finally figure out what was wrong with my replacement transmission. Damn thing was stuck in reverse. :doh: Today, I dropped it and fixed it. I put it back in along with the dual transfer cases. I'm going to drop the drive shafts off to be modded to fit. Can't wait! Soon it will be double low creeping! :roadkill:

A little update. I got the crawl box shifter modded to use the stock shifter boots. I got the twin stick shifter installed in the rear case. That required cutting a hole in the trans tunnel. I'll have to mod the sticks to lean forward to clear the armrest/console thing. My drive shafts should be done on Wednesday :driving: Oh yeah. Also I hooked up my subwoofer amp. Gotta have tunes! :fro:

I got the driveshafts installed along with a new throttle position sensor, and a new O2 sensor. I had to get it smogged and out back on insurance too. It's all good now. At first I didn't have 4wheel drive. The front diff wouldn't engage. There were a couple of wires I didn't hook up because they were too short. I lengthen them and connected them. What do you know? I had 4wd again. Lol. I had to build a new mount for the Tcases. I just added to the stock mount. I get some pics up later today

I used complete Tundra axle assemblies. They popped in with no mods.

I started working on it again.....
I stopped right there because the lower tube was what I wanted but it wasn't fitting up right. I took me a while to figure out what was wrong. I finally figured it out......
The lower tube has a tighter bend then the top tube causing it to stick out a little bit past the top tube. It was bugging me. I left it like that and shot a little paint on it. I'm probably going to leave it and finish it up as soon as I get a new winch (I already have the other lower tube bent).
I did a little wheeling.....

This thing is fun! The dual cases make it even more fun when wheeling. I have a bunch of little things to do. The next major mod will be gears and an Arb up front.

Awesome build! Im interested in your dual case setup. Would you be able to post pictures of the crossmember you made?
Im confused about your lever setup. Is the stock lever shifting the gear case and the twin sticks shifting the stock case? What is the reason for installing twin sticks in place of the stock j-shifter anyways?

I know it's been a long time since you updated but gotta say keep going. I have just joined the daul case club and love it. I've had crawl boxes in my 1st gen crawler forever but love having one in my daily driver. Keep up the great work and let us know how it is going.

The real update is sad. I sold it:Cry: I sold it to pay for attorney over custody of my son. The really hard part is lying to him over the reason of selling it (he is five)

so sorry to hear that. Trucks come and go but a 5 year old son is most important. You made the right choice.
