Jeep stuck on Santiago Truck Trail

I was out riding my MTB this morning on Santiago Truck Trail and came across this... It slid down the washout and it's been abandoned there for about a week. The bumper/winch and wheels were taken and it's been pretty heavily vandalized. Bummer for this guy... he learned a pretty expensive lesson. It's gonna take a pretty good effort to get it out, that's for sure!

(BTW, this trail is technically closed to motorized traffic.. I'm not not here to judge if someone wants to drive up there as long as they understand the risks)

It can get nasty out there, there's a stripped Chevy not too far from where I got stuck once.

It happened about 2 weeks ago. I was asked to help recover that jeep, but was told the owner of the jeep gave up on it because when he came back with some help it was stripped of parts and vandalized. KidVermicious is right, was really stuck and it would have been extremely difficult for recovery.
