Shrockworks Rock Slider Installation
Finally get around to do this.
Shrockworks 2010-2015 Rock Sliders, 5th Gen
- Textured Black Powder Coat
- Dimpled Thread Plates
First off, no "TE Rocker Trim" needed, I believed 2014+, SR5 and TE has the same trim. Only Limited need the "TE Rocker Trim".

Comes with more than enough hardwares, note the 1.25" "silver" bolts, there are only a couple, and they will be needed(should be reserved) for driver's side, rear mount, where you have the additional "gusset bracket"
The box acts as a nice "lift" to set the slider in place. A few pieces of cut'ed up 2x4 on top of the box will get the slider in the perfect position. (Thanks [MENTION=94476]trail ranger[/MENTION], for the tips:

Driver's side, rear mount, is the trickest of the whole installation.
One tips here - try to install the slider with minimal gas in the gas tank, that will help!! You would need to unbolt one side of the gas tank skid (4x bolts), and then the 1 bolt from the gas tank strap (and this is worry-some, cuz nothing will be holding the weight of the gas tank). So, I make up an adhoc support using ratchet sockets and support the bottom of the strap when I have all 5 of above said bolts off.

The upper most bolt needs the 1.25" long silver bolt.
Another tips here, when you are under the car, and cannot look into the "upper" hole to align your "stick nut", a little play doh and a small mirror can make the job so much easier (sticking it 45deg to the bottom of the car's body, so that you can see straight into the upper hole).
Driver's side front, the key here is to do the top 2 bolts first (screw the 3rd bolt in a few turns tho), get the slider's front/back level, tighten all other bolts before cranking down the lowest/3rd bolt for driver's side front mount. There will be a gap, and when you crank it down, it will bend the piece, and close the gap. Nothing to worry about.
Now, passenger's side rear.
For the lowest bolt, a tips here - there is an access hole at the inside vertical wall of the frame, open that hole, get the "stick nut" inside the frame, and come out the hole besides the lowest bolt spot (see pic before), it make aligning that lowest bolt so much easier!
Passenger's side front. Set the slider in place with the 2 upper bolts, then I just drill the 3/8" hole with the slider in place. Then put a "stick nut" behind it thru the "square hole". Again, there will be some gap, so, cranking it down will close the gap. The 2nd 1.25" bolt should be used here (my package only came with 2x 1.25" bolts).
