Here's the campsite we're looking at. It has 2 fire pits, and what appears to be a ton of space. Especially if you use the trucks for scale.

Super. it looks great. Plenty of parking, plenty of tent space. Two fire pits. It should hold a ton of people. I cant wait to go check it out.

That looks awesome Drunner! Lots of room and flat to accomodate all the rigs. It's also BLM land so we can do some pew pew!

Exactly. There's bound to a shooting area, however we'll have to set some rules for those activities. I know at least half a dozen guys bringing "plinkers"

For sure! My kids ask me all the time when we're going shooting again. They like shooting the 22's. Epic!

Danny you mind sending me the coords ahead of time? I'll be swing down with the rest of my norcal guys on Friday after work, so I prob won't be there until midnight or later.

I'll have around 8-9 rigs with me, hopefully we have enough space!

Of course. Soon as I have them, hahah. Most of us will be on HAM and I just installed a mobile setup running 25/60 watt, although I don't know that I'll still be functional when you guys roll into camp. haha. Should be plenty of space this year so you guys don't have to camp on the other side of the valley away from us, haha.

May have one of those myself by the time this trip happens. I've been eyeballing them and finally went to the gun range in Brea and rented one. Love the feel of it and the way it shoots.

I still have a WWII Garand I picked up last March, haven't shot a single round out of it. Guess I'll bring it too!

That's funny I've owned that gun for about 5yrs now. Got it straight from Springfield Armory cased numbered with certificates and the best part it came with two 13 round clips/mags. It's a bad mofo my most favored handgun. I have the 45 as well. Matching

I only put about 25 rounds through one at the range, but my god I fell in love with the first shot. My groupings showed it too, I was dead on accurate bullseye at 25 feet. I'll probably be ordering one next month.
