Shouldn't be a problem. It's going to be as family friendly as it can be with a bunch of strangers hanging out together, hahah. There will definitely be other kids though.

I'm doing my taxes that Friday evening. Changing an appointment this late is a ***** so we will leave once it's done and get there late. The wife is off too so she will be with me.
On a side note I was just trippin'. All my security cameras had thousands of bugs flying all around them. I was like WTF? I went outside to see the 8th plague and it was just foggy outside. :yo:

I know you all thought I was one and done after that White Mountain run back in July, but i was busy executing my plan for world domination. Or at least, to avoid the "Can you drag me and my 2runner up this hill?" group that Miah is so fond of. Long story short, I now have a 4runner trail, and am ready to re-enter the fray. Count me in!

That's because the weenies are trying to keep their heads low and trying to figure out how to gracefully backout without being put on the weenie list. Having the same issue on TW. All sorts of excitement, and then bam! nobody's talking.
Scouting on the 18th. I finally got coordinates off one of the other people that was in the initial discovery group. I'm not exactly thrilled with the proximity to the main road. It's literally ON the road that leads from the 62 into Joshua Tree. That makes things way out in the open. We'll see what we end up deciding on after next weekend.

Didn't know there was a meet on Saturday so probably not, hahah. If it's not raining this weekend I'll be changing out wheel bearings, tie rod ends, and cranking my front coilovers up a notch. Wheel bearings should be here tomorrow.

I'm with you on that one. I was going to change the CV boot waiting on boot kit order from Camelback Toyota. Should be here on Friday now I have to find a time to change it over the weekend. Fun! Oh yeah I didn't say I have to change both CV axles

The plan is to reboot my oem CV axle put that on and then return the Napa CV axle and get new ones. So I have 2 extra CV axle in case something happens during Wheeling.

I have an OEM spare in the garage I need to reboot and then I'll swap it onto my driver side and reboot that one as a spare.

Still not looking good for next weekend prerun. But definitely going in march.
Hopefully you find a spot that's not on the road, that would definitely effect attendance. It would pretty nice to find a spot where gps is almost required to find it
Little off topic but since I think you've mentioned it before, have you ran monache meadows in the summer? Been seriously wanting to go up there considering making it happen this summer

Worst case we end up where we did it last year but we'll be more spread out and you'll have to drive further to go shooting.
I wanted to do monache Meadows last spring break but there was still snow and ice in the area and I was solo. So haven't made it there yet. Definitely on my to go list.

Demello is talking about a bbq/mod day sometime in the near future. I may have a front bumper sooner than expected if they have it in stock. haha.
