I think that would be pretty cool. Something to help wind down and relax after chili/dinner and a wild weekend.Yay or Nay?
For Saturday Night I have a 110" portable projection screen, LED HD projector, Bluetooth PA speaker and plenty of movies ripped to a HD. Would you want to watch free movies once it gets dark?

Also is there a way to plug in a GoPro to playback any of the days shenanigans and trail runs for viewing pleasure?

I'm sure you could plug the GoPro into a computer and the computer to the projector

The projector runs off a laptop. It has a SD card reader. You can pop the card out of the GoPro and put it in a MicroSd to SD adapter.
I got this setup for our anniversary last year. We needed rear projection for our Luau. I recently added a portable screen. We have outdoor movie nights in the summer.

It's hard to say. Spring breaks are gonna start, and as the weather gets better more people will be out. There's 2 things going on for us though. 1. We will be on BLM land. 2. The tourists stick to the pavement. There's a lot to see and experience within the park and a lot of people coming from out of town are doing that, which will keep the rangers busy.

Yeah I remember you talking about it and you also offered that idea for your Welding 101 Day at your house and I thought that was pretty cool idea.
I showed my daughter your post about bringing that for evening movies for this camping run/event in hopes that would entice her too want to go with me ...I think it may have worked.

I think there will be people scattered out n about during the day on the BLM trails/ visiting all the mines out there and what not but not the trails where we will be camped at cause there's nothing in that general area to checkout. There's a handful of mines that are a couple miles west of our location and the trails where we are at aren't the ones that access those mines. And there's Old Dale Mining District which is a few miles NE away from our location and again the trails surrounding us aren't used to access any of those hundred mines as well ...
So there shouldn't be any passerby traffic which will help with any possible word being spread about us or our location.
Cause honestly you would have to know we were out there to even see or find us. The only thing that would give out our location with this amount of people and rigs is the (glow in the sky) from our camp with all the lights, campfires, 110" projection screen lol etc at night cause let's be honest we're gonna be the size of a small village once all set up

Hahahahaha. Well said my brotha. The majority of people are going to be on the main roads and looking at the main attractions. There are 3 mines. But they aren't the ones that people are looking for. Even the road leading to us isn't exactly marked. If you don't see it, you'll drive right past it. Hell we didn't even see the marker until after we scouted and came back to camp.

[MENTION=123332]Drunner97[/MENTION] what's the total truck count at this point? Like you said worst case they tell us to "disperse". So we separate into smaller groups of 10-15 trucks and still be able to communicate and organize runs no problem. As long as there isn't trash all over the dam place we should be good
