Movies in the desert.
I am getting more reaction from the Tacoma guys than from here but I will ask if anyone has a request for movies.
I lost the portable drive with all my movies due to a gust of wind so I am having to RIP and convert everything to a new drive. I have about 200 BR and 800 DVD movies. I started with Blu Ray for the best quality. I also started ripping action movies thinking that is what most would prefer and Disney movies to start for the kids. The Tacoma guys want weird shit like Tremors. I'm OK with that. Will burn it next.
A Partial list so far.
Star Wars The Force Awakens, Terminator Genesis, Mad Max Road Fury, Alice Through the looking glass, Maleficent, American Sniper, Hercules, Batman, The Dark Knight Rises, 47 Ronin, John Carter, Noah, The legend of Tarzan, The Huntsman
Ripping now.
Spaceballs, Blazing Saddles, Tremors, Terminator (all).
We can't watch them all in one night but if there is a must see and I have it on disc I will RIP it.

Weird shit...tremors....tremors is one of the best movies of all time hahah
Besides that masterpiece I'm in for some good westerns
Are we going to have the capability to watch some footage and whatnot from the weekend

TK said he would have his laptop to run the movies which means that we can watch footage if anyone has something they wanna share. I'll have my laptop too, although I haven't edited video on it so not sure how slow it will be.

I really want to go to this because:
1) I just joined
2) I'm picking up my 3rd gen that weekend
3) Ive been dying to go camping for a while
but I cant because we are selling back out Diesel VW that Saturday which ironically prompted us to buy the 4Runner in the first place.
I'll have to catch ya'll on the next one. Maybe in the mountains somewhere...I've spent a lot time in the desert!

As that's my weak link ...I get it done but 2nd guess myself 100 times ...20 min wire job usually 4hrs...um which wire again, um yeah. Then I almost burned my rig down recently in Anza a wire got cut through by my door hinge and melted the plastics..not cool.

Damn... Yeah I'm a programmer and I work closely with our electrical team at work. I'm pretty much the opposite of everybody else since I have almost no tools or experience turning wrenches.

I love all the offers for help but I realized I misjudged how much time I have. I should be able to get it done at home with the help of some of my car friends. If anyone's interested here's the kit I got: Pro Comp 2nd gen kit (and yes I selected coils)
