Please PM ME to let me know if you would like to make either stop/route. I can't vouch for Greg, but I'll only be waiting until 12 sharp to start driving back to the campsite. Anyone not at the 62 and Gold Crown is on their own.

Hey Danny. Interested in meeting Greg at the Loves truck stop Friday at 4p. Where is that truck stop exactly?

Off the 10 and Dillon. I'll make an announcement with Friday meetup points/addresses next Monday once I get a couple other things situated.
 
Anyone planning on leaving Friday Night? Had something come up at work and can't leave Friday morning like I planned, but figured I might as well head out Friday night. Probably leaving San Diego around 6 PM to try and miss some of the traffic.

Yeah, still planning on leaving early Sat morning. I have to work Friday night or I would leave Friday. I planned leaving SD around 0530 and being at the camp around 0930-1000 just in time for people waking up from being hung over. LOL! I figure get there, set camp, and go out wheelin.

We can set a place to meet and anybody wants to role is more than welcome. It takes about 3 hrs to get to corner of 62 and gold crown rd and planning on that corner as meet place for people who wants to role into camp.

Where r u in SD?

North County. Let me think on it, as I kinda wanted to get in the extra night camping, but yeah i would be rolling in kinda late. I'll let you know.

The way I see it, even if you roll in late, at least you get to wake up and enjoy the entire day instead of driving there, then setting up camp, then going out wheeling or whatever.

Yeah thats what i'm thinking. Especially bringing the man cub with me. Seems like if we will be hitting the trails all day, might want to break up the time in the car as much as possible.
 
sorry fellas, i hafta bail on this trip. was looking forward to it and getting a bunch of goodies installed, but then go invited to go to hawaii.. and well, that's kinda hard to turn down!

have fun, and i'll be looking for the next weekend trip to join the crew. :cheers:

Will be leading a group through around 10-11PM, can pick up some stragglers that are lost.

146.460 on HAM. Will likely be coming through 29 Palms way.

You can also unfortunately throw me on that bus. Me and the lady have a church couples retreat and she said for me to "go" but we all know it's a "suggestion" (aka a trap) that'll bite me in the ass... with that being said I'm in the midst of finishing onboard water approx 10-20 gallons haven't found the decided but I have two tanks. Once I'm done with that I'll have a gallon reserve of on tap moonshine. Hope to meet up one day and show off a lil. Hope you all have a hell of a time and take some pictures that I can show the lady of how fun it'll be!

So you guys mentioned fried liver wash as a challenging run a few pages back. So I google it and wouldn't ya know the top hitters are the thread on TW lol.
The most info I got was its gnarly and mangled up [MENTION=117408]Oneluv13T4R[/MENTION] and goblue trucks. So is it really that gnarly should we save that one for a different day? What say you Miah?

Who the F is saying there going to do that trail? That will be your whole day!!
F to the No ..don't do that trail. There's plenty of good trails to wheel ..no need for that believe me, brotha.
You can kiss all of your new tie rods goodbye...I'm just now replacing all mine from doing that trail. And exhaust hangers, and my body damaged door which now I don't have to worry about going over the sandstone Canyon gap now ...
 
Sooo I guess the answer is no? Hahaha

I guess it must be bad if your saying hell no...and most info I find on it is for hiking
