Jumping pins on OBD2

Has anyone heard of or tried jumping pins 4 and 13 on the OBD2 connector to reset an ECM?

That’s the first I’m hearing of that. I know you have to jump pins on the under hood diagnostic port to flash abs codes.

The engine connector is think is sb obd1 toyota connector for the odb1 abs system.

I never heard of that. It's possible it's ledgit but I do some serious verication and then double verification before I be shorting ecm pins.
