Hey guys, Shannon here. I picked up this bone stock 85 back in October 08 for my next build...

Over 3 years later with a few modifications...

One ton axles, dual cases, rear driveline disconnect, internal cage, full hydro steering, recentered H1 wheels, 39.5 IROKS, Marlin Trail Flex suspension modified for full size axles, gate shifter, cut and rolled fenders to clear the tires, added fuel cell and moved factory fuel door to driver side, front and rear bumpers, 9.5k WARN PowerPlant winch, snorkel, custom half top, suspension seats, 5 point harnesses, raptor lined floor pan, diamond plate aluminum interior panels and repainted with factory replicated graphics. Not to mention all the minor things that has been done to it. And the show stopper...the driver side rock slider is retractable. Works off it's own hydraulic system with pump and 2 rams to make it go up and down to assist the driver to get in.

Here's what we got...

Toyminator, that has got to be the wildest 1st Gen I've ever seen, and VERY nicely done! All functional, purposeful additions. In all that list of mods, I didn't see anything listed for the engine--have you modified the stock engine any? Well done on your project--it looks capable of just about anything you could ask it to do.

Yeah, that is pretty much what mine used to look like...but your seems a lot cleaner than when I first purchased mine!

Other than intake and exhaust, it has the original 22RE in it. I built this thing to crawl, not to go fast! :D

Wow!

Here's a little info on the hydraulic rock slider. I call it "the ultimate alley oop"! :D

Built strictly to help my old ass get in the damn thing!

Nice freakin toy! I hope one day mine will look the same except in a 2nd gen format.
