Just found my hub cap is missing.....How much for a new one?

Damnit! I walked out to my 4runner and noticed that one of my center hub caps is missing. Is that what it's even called? And how much are they to replace? This sucks!

It's for a 2007 T4R SportEdition

Anybody want to donate one to me?

I don't know. I'm thinking that maybe it fell off? Maybe I hit a pothole or something. I don't even have an idea how long it's been gone. I'll have to check my cctv system to figure it out.

Suggest a salvage yard or maybe there is a small local hub cap shop in your area.

I just checked the security camera dvr's (home and work) and it looks like it fell off between home and driving to work this past weds. :moping:

Well at least some jerk didn't yank it off. Sucks still.


Maybe I'll borrow the one from my wife's 4runner.....

Most people call them "center caps". IIRC, Toyota's description is "wheel ornament".

Those caps shouldn't fall of as long as they are installed correctly...they are a very tight fit. But I guess it could happen if they weren't put on correctly.

BTW, I'm sure you are kidding about borrowing one from your wife's 4Runner, but it wouldn't fit anyway. You need to buy the specific center cap for your Sport Edition wheels, so if you buy one on ebay, make sure it's the right one.
