Just ordered

My first post-,
I've been reading posts on the forum for weeks now trying to get as much information together before I pulled the trigger on a new truck. I decided to order a white 2015 Trail Premium, with KDSS. I test drove a Trail with KDSS, just seem to drive very square with very little roll other than that I really don't know if it going to be worth the $1750.. Any way it won't be here for a few month so I'll read some more.
I live in Hawaii (Oahu) and don't plan on doing to much off road, but also plan on moving to the Big Island sometime and there I plan on a lot of off road (rocks and lava).
I figured if Toyota puts KDSS on there new LandCruisers, it probably a good option to have.
What are your thoughts?

Welcome and congrats on your 4Runner.

I chose to go with a non-KDSS but a lot of guys have it and think it was well worth the cash... if you do a search within 5th gen forum and search "title only" for KDSS, you'll find a TON of stuff already. Best wishes...

Thanks Stifler, I did read it and the only information I took away was a lot people don't have a clue. The one post that was helpful though was to search Landcruiser forums for additional information on the KDSS. IH8mud has some good information. With so many people asking about KDSS for the 4runners maybe a sticky on the subject would help.
Hell when I asked to test drive a Trail w/KDSS yesterday the dealer told me I couldent off road the truck so I wouldn't be able test the KDSS.

...yupp, when I picked mine up the salemen was explaining how cool it is that the KDSS system has a pump in it. Consumers with no clue is the only thing that allows salemen with no clue to survive the way they do.
