K & N Filter?!?!?

what's up guys....yesterday I just purchased some STP fuel system cleaner, about $7 bucks for the bottle and they said to put it in on a full tank of gas and do it about twice a year. just curious if anyone knew if this was good stuff or not?

also...i purchased a K & N filter for $49 and then I just saw some people talking about that other fitler...the true flow filter for $40 or something like that? am i making a good decision to go with the K & N filter, i'm sure it's probably better than the paper filter. I ordered it from Auto Zone and they said it should be here today so if anyone could comment soon i'd appreciate it.

also, i talked to the toyota parts department and wanted to see if i could purchase the chrome valve stem's and valve stem caps through them as i am getting new tires soon. the parts guy told me that they get the valve stem's and caps through O'Reily's and just to go in there and talk to "Gary" and he would get me the ones they put on their 4runner's at the dealership.

anyways, those are my questions so let me know what you think.

oh yeah, also just switched over to fully synthetic Mobil 1 at 39,000 miles!

Return the K&N and get your money back!!! The Trueflow is TONS better (provides better filtration and airflow). Go to BurtmanIndustries.com and you can download a video of the Trueflow going up against K&N and factory filters. There is really no comparison. I just installed mine yesterday and can "feel" my engine breathing better. Plus, no other filter keeps dirt out better. Call Jason Burtman and he will tell you all about it. He sells both the Trueflow and K&N, but really believes in the Trueflow:D

If you want your fuel system truly clean then pony up $20 for some BG's 44K. the stuff truly works and you only need it once a year.
